Below please find our House Rules to make sure the playarea is safe for everyone.

1. Inform the FunPark if the number of kids increases after the booking form is signed
2. Food which is not bought or ordered from the FunPark can’t be consumed on the premises
3. The School must inform the FunPark of any children with specific medical needs, allergies or behavioural considerations that may affect safety.
4. Yogurts package is not available for less than 20kids
5. The school shall provide a final confirmation of the number of attending children one business day prior to the scheduled FunPark visit. The school shall be charged based on the Final
6. Count as confirmed subject to the following conditions:
   1. If the actual number of attending children on the Visit Date is equal to or less than the Final Count, the school will be charged based on the Final Count.
   2. If the actual number of attending children on the Visit Date exceeds the Final Count, the school will be charged based on the higher actual attendance number.
7. Payments are to be processed on the day during the visit by card or cash and a VAT receipt will be issued or with an invoice and payments need to be processed by the end of that same month.
8. Cheques are not accepted.
9. School visits are on the FunPark’s discretion
10. The School is responsible for ensuring that school staff and students follow all health and safety instructions issued at the venue. The School must ensure that all supervising adults are familiar with fire exits located at the FunPark.
11. The School must ensure that appropriate supervision of the students at all times. Playmobil FunPark is not responsible for the direct supervision of students at any point during the visit.
12. The School is responsible for ensuring student behaviour is respectful, safe and appropriate throughout the visit to the FunPark.
13. If the School engages third-party service providers (e.g transport companies) the School is responsible for ensuring that they comply with all safety requirements.
14. FunPark is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought by students or School staff.
15. The School is to ensure that all students wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for the nature of the visit and planned activities.
