Play Area Obligatory Conditions

• Maximum capacity 92.
• Sanitization of hands and temperature checks will be taken prior to entrance.
• We may exercise the right of refusal of entry if visitors are visibly unwell or have respiratory symptoms.
• Visitors to register their names, contact details, temperature reading, date and time of visit should there be need for contact tracing.
• Visitors aged 3+ to wear a mask and/or visor unless consuming food & beverage in the cafeteria.
• All visitors to respect social distancing.

Indoor Play Area

• The internal play area has been sectioned into themed stations keeping 2m social distancing rule for the safety of our visitors.
• Large PLAYMOBIL sets have been affixed to bases and are NOT permitted to be moved from one station to the other. Buckets with figures and accessories are not available.
• The 123 play area is closed
• On arrival, every child is given a bag with a mix of figures, accessories and animals for the sole use of play time.
• Prior to leaving, the bag of figures will be disposed for sanitization in a bin stationed at the exit of the play area.
• Sanitization of PLAYMOBIL sets and other large products will be carried out throughout the day by the FunPark Attendants.
• The FunPark Attendants will ensure that all necessary guidelines are followed amongst adults and children in all play areas.
• Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
• There will be ongoing cleaning and disinfection of the FunPark and PLAYMOBIL sets throughout the day and after closing time.
• The Air Conditioning system in the indoor areas are equipped with ventilation systems so as to satisfactory dilute the air bin circulated.

Outdoor Play Area

• The outdoor play area is recommended for children aged 4+.
• No swimming is permitted in the Water Channel.
• Bags of figures are NOT permitted to be used for play when outdoors.
• Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Sanitization of the outdoor area is carried out daily prior and pre opening hours.

Cafeteria 

• Sanitisation of hands when entering and leaving dining areas.
• Maximum of six persons at a table.
• Every person to respect social distancing rules.
