HR Executive

A vacancy has arisen for an HR Executive within the HR Department.

The main tasks, amongst others, include:

  • Assisting in the running of the Company’s performance management system;
  • Handling employee engagement processes;
  • Liaising with the Union/s on relevant personnel issues;
  • Co-ordinating and executing employment routines, including of foreign nationals, as applicable;
  • Managing attendance and absenteeism efforts;
  • Developing and maintaining Company’s HR policies;
  • Implementing applicable Company policy;
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring training;
  • Leading any personnel assigned, including the planning and allocation of work within the team


The chosen candidate should hold a MQF level 3 qualification in English and Mathematics together with a MQF level 4 certification in a relevant subject. Ideal candidates would also:

  • Hold a formal education certification in Maltese and Italian;
  • Be qualified at MQF level 5, or higher, in a relevant subject;
  • Have at least 2 years; relevant experience;
  • Have good interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills;
  • Possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel;
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Demonstrate initiative and are able to work to tight deadlines.
