Fun Park Attendant

A vacancy has arisen for a Fun Park Attendant to work on flexi basis. The post is on part-time basis (working a minimum of 20 hours/week on average). The selected candidate would need to be flexible since the required roster covers Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays between 09:00 and 21:00hrs.

The main duties related to this position are:

• To generate, promote and carry out effective selling & up selling of products and services
• To assist in the smooth daily running and set up of shop and play area of the Playmobil Fun Park
• To ensure that the highest level of safety and cleanliness is maintained at all times
• To deal with customer queries and complaints in an effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• To ensure strict adherence and continuous promotion of the Playmobil brand

Applicants for the post should ideally meet the following requirements:

• Have an O’ Level standard of education with at least two ‘O’ level passes preferably Maths and English
• Have a pleasant & approachable personality and the ability to assertively approach any situation in a positive manner
• Be able to assertively approach any situation in a positive manner
• Be a good team player and strong sense of customer focus
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
• Be Computer literate preferably having ECDL qualification
• Have previous experience working with children and achieving targets
